Creativity is not just for
the 'Creatives'
Introduction & Personal PhilosophyAs an aspiring entrepreneur, strategist, advertiser, and business professional I believe in putting both significant effort as well as high quality work into strategic pursuits on the path to a determined target. Since I was a kid I have believed I was 'lucky', and over my limited years I have found that I have only been lucky either at the hand of God, or because I was taught by great mentors to make my own luck.
I love learning. In my education I continuously looked to diversify myself by branching outside of core degree requirements. In addition to the communications-advertising core, I have taken courses in large and small business venture creation, finance and accounting, CIT, web design, and others. I am driven by the concept of innovative creation in business, and believe that being creative is not merely for the "creatives" in artistic fields, but also for those in technical or strategic fields. It takes an incredibly creative, as well as strategic, individual to build a functioning and successful business model, brand, campaign, concept, product, or service that positively impacts people and communities ... changing the world and how it thinks. This is why I love business, and is where I plan to make a positive impact in the world. |
